How to use
  1. Pick the class and subject, and type the session. Set the number of students, then add your name and school name.
  2. Press Download Excel file.
  3. Open it in Microsoft Excel on a computer or phone. If Excel shows Protected View, press Enable Editing, or the formulas will not calculate.
  4. Type student names and marks only in the cells that allow typing. All other cells are locked and the formulas are hidden.
  5. Enter student names once on the Main Sheet. The activity sheets pick them up by themselves.
  6. Enter periodic test marks on the Main Sheet and activity marks on each activity sheet. Totals out of 20 are worked out for you.
  7. Google Sheets and WPS Office may not work with this file.
  8. If your number of students changes, download a new file and copy your marks across with Paste Special, Values.

The activities and rubrics for each subject are drafted from CBSE's internal assessment guidance, which suggests activities rather than fixing a list. Please check them with your subject teachers.
